Daze of Beer isn’t just a day, or several days, of beer consumption, it’s a feeling. It’s the desire to pursue a mission to truly understand the complex and unique flavors that go into every pint of beer.

We are by no means beer experts. In fact, we are novices in the fermented, hoppy wonderland of beer. We grew up in a city rich in brewing history, but still fall back on old favorites. This, though, is a quest– nay, a divine journey– to develop an appreciation for the art of brewing.

This summer we will endeavor to sample as many of Milwaukee’s finest local brews, from micro crafts to industry powerhouses. We may not succeed, but we invite you to follow along on our journey of discovery.
